Downtown is fifteen to twenty minutes by car.
Buyers are second-home owners and rental investors who want a cove view at prices under Conchas Chinas. The beaches are public but reached by stairs and have no lifeguard; there is no street life, so dinner is a drive. Hillside drainage, retaining walls and the highway as the single road in and out are the checks, and foreigners hold through a fideicomiso.
