El Centro es el mismísimo centro de Puerto Vallarta: el Malecón y sus esculturas, la Parroquia de Guadalupe con su corona, la Plaza de Armas, las galerías, los bares y las calles empedradas que suben desde el mar. Denso, de uso mixto y totalmente peatonal, es la comunidad con menos propiedades de la zona porque gran parte es comercial; lo que sale son departamentos sobre las calles y los edificios junto al río Cuale.
Los compradores quieren vivir a pie en medio de todo y aceptan el ruido que eso trae. El estacionamiento casi no existe; un cajón escriturado es un activo real. El centro del Hospital CMQ en el centro queda a minutos.
