About LikeTheArea
LikeTheArea.com is the simplest way to see every property for sale near where you are standing on the Vallarta–Nayarit coast. Open the site, allow your location, and the properties closest to you appear on your phone.

What LikeTheArea is
LikeTheArea pulls its listings straight from the AMPI Vallarta Nayarit MLS and rebuilds the site six times a day. There is no login, no tracking, no spam. Your GPS stays on the phone.
The QR signs you see on lamp posts and storefront windows across Puerto Vallarta, Bucerías, Sayulita and the bay open this page directly. Each sign is a single tap to every property for sale around you.
Why a sign, why a map
If you are standing on a street and wondering what is for sale nearby, a sign beats typing an address. Scan it, allow your location, and the site shows you the properties on the very streets you are looking at.
